Investments in new equipments and continuous manufacturing process update.
This is the secret of ALUJET in order to to obtain the excellence in its products. The Company has been investing around US$ 6.0 mi since 2004 , aiming to establish an increase of the production capacity from 850.000 to 1,200 million wheels during the current year.
In this regard, new equipments have been incorporated to Industrial Park such as four new Low pressure casting cells, two Heat treatment machines , one X-Ray machine equipped with automatic rejection system of non-conform wheels, one equipment for Density and Traction Tests control with extensometer and a Cass Test machine which intensifies the rust process for durability tests of alloy wheels under extreme conditions.
The Company has equally extended the Casting Division by incorporating one Casting Cell Machine and one Industrial Lathe specifically for the Machining Process.

Quality Standards
Nowadays, Alujet is a self–sufficient Company in Projects through the CAD,CAE and Cam complete systems integration as well as in mould projects development and maintenance. A tri-dimensional equipment is dedicated exclusively to mould measurement and approval.
Alujet is leader in the automotive segment which possesses Leaking Test Machines by Helio gas to afford a better Wheel analysis once it detects small imperfections which may cause further leakages. This machine is also applied on quality control processes in the production line. The newest acquisition of the Company is a Heat Treatment Machine in order to improve the wheel durability. This equipment improves the mechanical properties and the car performance by becoming the wheel even lighter.
Another outstanding point that deserves to be mentioned is the Industrial lathes CNC applied on the wheel tooling manufacturing. The complete automated process reduces substantially the lead-time involved for the design development projected on the Alloy matrices. It must be emphasized that all tooling equipment available in our Industrial Park has been developed and manufactured in our facilities
Certifications
Focused on the Technology and Quality researches sustained by the continuous investments, Alujet has been globally recognized by the ultimate manufacturing processes adopted. From Volkswagen , ALUJET was certificated VDA 6.3, Level A. Such certificate is granted only to suppliers who have processes and systems approved without any non-conformity by this German Automobile Industry. Additionally, Volkswagen adopts a Safety Parts Audit Procedure named “D Parts” also present in ALUJET.
General Motors granted to ALUJET the QSB certification (Quality System Basic). ALUJET is then the first countrywide wheels manufacturing Company to obtain this certificate that recognizes the quality manufacturing processes commitment, beginning by Internal Audits towards the applied materials within the sustainable development principles.
ALUJET applies ISSO/TS quality standards, an Automobile Industry base requirement in order to establish and emphasize the Processes in the Company.
