In 1987 in Cascavel city (PR),arises the greatest Automobile category of the continent: the Formula Truck. Its first exhibition Racing in 1995, in the same city, counted on a public of approximately 20.000 people. An increasing interest of other Competitors showed a gradually growth in the number of inscriptions. By the time of the first official Racing in the same year, 13 trucks aligned in the grid. The season was composed with r eight Racings where two of them were unofficial. The trucks are developed from a regular serial model and then adapted to the Competitions. Nowadays Alujet is the supplier of Alux Aluminum Forged wheels for DF Motorsport Team and VW Beto Napolitano Team in the Formula Truck.
