In April 22nd,1979, in the Race Track of Tarumã, in Rio Grande do Sul, the Brazilian history of Racing Cars would start a new era. It was carried out tohe first Racing of the Stock Car Brazilian Championship , a successful event over 26 years now.

The automotive technology accompanied the evolution of the championship, with the support of big companies of the sector. Alujet has been participating in the event since the first Racings. As of 1988, Binno brand decided to extend its sponsorship and investments (previously restricted to some teams) to all Racing Teams.
